Dr Vaessen talks to ecancertv at the EIKCS conference about the pros and cons of minimally-invasive robotic surgery vis-à-vis open surgery.

In particular, he notes that recovery is quicker and there is less blood loss with robotic surgery but there are higher upfront costs.
