Dr Jean Claude Zenklusen - National Cancer Institute, Rockville, USA

Dr Zenklusen speaks with ecancer at AACR 2018 about Data Analysis, Visualisation and Exploration tools (DAVE) for public genetic data.

Given the petabytes of data available, Dr Zenklusen describes how DAVE tools can streamline data comparisons and match patient data to historic responses.

He considers the benefits of online access when handling large amounts of public health, and of an accessible user interface for patients and clinicians.

DAVE tools are available for use and feedback at the NCI Genomic Data Commons website.
