Dr Stephen Robbins - Institute of Cancer Research, University of Calgary, Calgary, Canada

Stephen Robbins talks to ecancer at EAPM 2017 in Belfast.

He discusses the differences between Canada and the rest of Europe, in particular the geographical differences which lead to issues within healthcare.

Online connectivity helps this, for example mobile apps are really helping patient empowerment.

He concludes that data sharing is particularly important for rare diseases which would otherwise not have enough data.
