If you want to identify some genetic variants that affect the aspirin and colorectal cancer relationship we need a very big data research because this kinds of research needs a strong statistical power to identify more convincingly the genetic factors. But this kind of study should be based on the collaborative studies, consortium studies, that’s why this study is successful. The major reason is this is a big collaborative study across the world. So I think in the future we need to consider, we need to promote, more collaborative team work like my study thereby we can identify more innovative and new findings so we help the clinical care like aspirin in colorectal cancer treatment.
