Prof Geara speaks with ecancer at the 10th BGICC in Cairo about changing treatment regimens for patients with breast cancer receiving radiotherapy. 

He highlights reductions of acute reactions and hopes of improved survival for patients participating in hypofractionation trials, such as FAST-forward.
